HOW DO I USE THESE VOLUMIZER CRYSTALS?
The Volumizer Crystals will help lower the freezing point of the ice, allowing colder than freezing conditions in the chiller. That additional drop in tempearture increases your low hang time and adds additional volume to your output with the increase in natural fog that results afforded by the additional temperature drop. To ultilize the crystals effectively, only a sprinkling over the entire surface of the ice is required, which for the Fusion Chiller is 1 cup. Larger chillers will require an additional cup. If you find unspent crystals after the ice has melted, reduce the amount of crystals utilized.
