Product Faqs

Ask a Question

  • With this wireless controller, do the buttons on transmitter act as off/on switch or momentary?
The wireless unit is user configurable for momentary, latching, and signal interlock.
    • Momentary: The relay activates when the button is pressed and deactivates when released.
    • Latched: When button is pressed the relay stays on until the button is pressed again.
    • Signal Interlock: Flip flops between relays. For example: press A and relay A stays on even if A is pressed again. Press B and then relay A turns off and B stays on. Then button B does nothing until button A is pressed. And so on.
  • Do the wireless triggers have to be "line of sight" to activate?
The wireless triggers work the farthest when there are no obstructions. But they do work through walls and such, just not as far.
  • Are these waterproof, can it be out in the rain?
These are not waterproof and must be protected from all moisture.
  • Does the wireless remote for the flash cracker use the same frequency as the four channel remote?
They use the same frequency (315Mhz) and they will conflict with each other as they each use the same communication protocol.
