How to use quick-connect push on fittings

Very easy to use and reuse. Simply push tubing into fitting... Done!
To release the tubing simply pull back on the fitting collar and the tubing slides out easily.

Most of our Quick connect push-on fittings come with a sealing ring... no need to use teflon. Those without the sealing ring will need Pipe Thread Sealant Tape applied.

Tube insertion
Make certain the tube is cut perfectly straight (use our TUBE CUTTER or a sharp utility knife, do not use scissors as they will crimp the tube).

Simply insert a tube to the end of Tube Fitting. The lock claws automatically fix the tubing, and elastic sleeve seals the tube surrounding.

Tube Release
To release the tube, push the release ring. The lock claws open and the tube can be released.

Before releasing the tube, make certain that the pressure inside the tube is zero pressure.

Male Connector Push-On with Flow Control

A "Flow Control" controls the speed of a cylinder. Simply turn the needle valve to adjust air speed. Screw to your cylinder where the air enters (top, bottom, or both). If you only use one on the cylinder then speed will only be controlled in one direction.
One end has male threads, the other has a push-on connector for tubing.
Cylinder shown with two Flow Controls mounted to it.

In-Line Flow Control

Controls the speed of a cylinder or restricts air flow for other purposes. Simply turn the needle valve to adjust air speed.

Both sides have female threads. You could use with our Male Connector Push-On Fittings and then simply push the tubing into each side. Or use with any other type of fittings for your specific application.

Tube Plug-In Reducer

Use these to reduce the size of tubing on a push-on connector. One end has a shaft that pushes into another push-on fitting, the other has a push-on connector for tubing.
Shown here is a "1/4 Tube x 3/8 Shaft" reducer being used on one of the openings of a 3/8 inch Tee.
